Payment

Online – Payment for online orders is in full, at time of order. We run a four-to-six-week lead time for pieces held in stock and a variable lead time for pieces made to order. We will make contact to confirm stock/made to order items and advise on a delivery date within 5 working days of receiving the order.

Phone & Email Orders – For orders made by email or over the phone, including all bespoke work, we work to the shortest lead time we can, though this varies throughout the year. In this instance we ask for a 50% deposit on order and the balance before shipping.

Payment can be made by bank transfer (details on request). We do accept cash, but you would need to visit the workshop in Surrey for this to be possible.

Manual Handling

Our fire pits range in weight.

The Lotus weighs approximately 30kg, a two-man lift is advised.

The Pumpkin weighs approximately 40kg, a two-man lift is advised.

The Hive weighs approximately 75kg, a three-man lift is advised.

For ease, it is also advised for all our products that a strong garden trolley is used when transporting to the preferred location in your garden.
