Delivery & Shipping – UK
Delivery and setup can be arranged in person for any orders across the UK. Free delivery and installation for orders within a radius of 100 miles of Farnham, Surrey. Outside of this radius, delivery charges will vary. We can give you a quote before purchasing if needed. Delivery timings can be arranged with us directly by emailing hello@cinderdesigns.co.uk
Shipping will be by pallet via courier service and costs determined by delivery location. Deliveries will normally be made between 7am and 7pm on specified date agreed with Cinder Designs. Any changes or amendments to the original agreed date may be chargeable. Please note that courier delivery does not include installation service, and someone will need to be home to sign for the goods.

We can ship worldwide, please contact us for a quote to your preferred destination.
Returns
We hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase. However, we do understand that you may wish to return a product. In accordance with UK law, you are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely happy with it. In the first instance, please speak to us so we can discuss any issues and if necessary, arrange a return.
Specially commissioned and bespoke products are excluded from this return policy. Acceptance of agreed design emails in this case ensure that you are happy with the product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once received your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days. As per the conditions below your refund will be made exclusive of the cost of shipping.
